1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of systems and services operated by X-Ray Mobile Texas, Inc. ("XRMT," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any XRMT-operated system, including our internal dashboard, SMS services, or related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

XRMT provides mobile diagnostic imaging and EKG services to healthcare facilities in the Houston, TX metropolitan area. In support of these services, we operate:

• An internal financial and operations dashboard at internal.houstonmobilexray.com
• An SMS-based lead capture and communication system
• Sales and client relationship management tools

3. Authorized Use

Access to XRMT internal systems is restricted to authorized XRMT employees, contractors, and administrators. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Use the systems only for legitimate XRMT business purposes
• Not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems beyond your authorized scope
• Report any security concerns or unauthorized access to your system administrator immediately

4. SMS Messaging Terms

XRMT operates an SMS/MMS service at (903) 600-9768 for internal business lead capture and operational communications.

• Purpose: Messages sent to and from this number are used exclusively for internal XRMT business operations, including lead capture, sales coordination, and operational notifications
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on business activity. Standard message and data rates may apply
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message from this number to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance
• No consumer marketing: This SMS service is not used for consumer marketing, promotional messaging, or unsolicited outreach to individuals outside the XRMT organization

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of XRMT systems is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect information. By using our systems, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, data, and materials within XRMT systems are the property of XRMT or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any XRMT system content without prior written authorization.

7. Confidentiality

Information accessed through XRMT systems — including financial data, client information, sales pipeline data, and operational metrics — is confidential business information. You agree not to disclose this information to unauthorized parties, and to use it solely for authorized XRMT business purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

XRMT systems are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the systems will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data displayed is free from errors. Financial data is aggregated from multiple third-party sources and should be verified against source systems for critical business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XRMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our systems, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss based on data displayed in our systems.

10. Termination

XRMT may suspend or terminate your access to any system at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, termination of employment or contractor relationship, or security concerns.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of XRMT systems after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of XRMT systems shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
